One of our outreach platforms informed a gentleman who had lost his spouse in the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center of the existence of an unclaimed account in his late wife's name that had become lost due to her untimely passing.  Realizing that this money was lost due to this tragedy, we make a concerted effort to help other families of the victims of 9/11 to locate and recover unclaimed assets.  In these instances, there is no fee assessed to the families.

Obligations of the federal government are not required to be reported to any centralized, searchable database; the result is that Veterans benefits will often go unclaimed.  Our outreach effort to contact former members of our military and their families and alert them to the existence of unclaimed Veteran benefits that were never delivered is conducted entirely free of charge.

We donate a percentage of the fees we earn from our resource intensive outreach efforts to the Nature Conservancy.  Our explicit goal is to replace the natural resources we have spent.
